The Board and Management of The Nigerian Railway Corporation is pleased to announce the recommencement of the Abuja Kaduna Train Service (AKTS) which was suspended on Friday 27th January 2023 due to the derailment that occurred at Kubwa Station on the same date.
Subsequently, AKTS will resume on Tuesday, with the following daily schedule,
Kaduna-Abuja 7am & 1pm
Abuja – Kaduna 10am & 4pm
However on Wednesdays,
Kaduna – Abuja will depart Rigasa at 7am
while Abuja-Kaduna will depart Idu at 4pm.
The Corporation once again regrets any inconvenience our esteemed passengers may have experienced as a result of the temporary suspension of the service.
