Adeniyi Alli is the Director of operations of the Nigerian Railway Corporation, with the responsibility of providing leadership, strategic direction, setting out of policies for train operation, customer relations and services that support the operational and business needs of the NRC.
He is responsible for the delivery of customer services to meet performance, security and commercial targets, including provision of information, train timetables, train schedules, emergency and contingency planning as well as providing professional comprehensive and timely advice and support to the engineering and other stakeholders towards effective delivery of the required level of train availability, efficiency and safety.
He is a Chartered Manager with 26years of marketing, operational, human resources, project and business management experience. He has successfully managed the inception, development and delivery stages of a wide variety of projects within the UK, Australia and Nigeria. His industry experience include strategic planning, financial planning, contract administration, project management and public/private partnerships on large-scale projects in the Railways Sector.
Mr. Alli started his education at the Olufunmilayo Nursery & primary school, Ikeja-Lagos, then proceeded to Saint Joseph Secondary School, Agege – Lagos for his O’Levels and Anwar UI Islam College, Agege – Lagos for his A ‘Levels. He had further education at the University of Lagos (UNILAG), where he obtained a B.Sc. in Biological Sciences – Botany (1990) and thereafter obtained a PGD in Management Studies from University of Westminster, London (1998) and an MBA from same University in the United Kingdom (2005).

He is a Member of the Association for project Management, UK (MAPM); Member Chartered Management Institute (CMI) UK.
